Jeff began his career in insurance in 1991 as a Life, Group Health and Benefits Specialist. He grew his practice to include Property and Casualty as well in the following years. He then ventured into his own Agency with Baystate Insurance Group as the Founder and Owner.
Nick began his Insurance career in 2016. He began as a Captive Agent and Trusted Advisor at Allstate Insurance. then moved on to oversee California's entire market for Mechanical Breakdown Insurance. He then partnered with Jeff in 2021 at Baystate Insurance, assisting with Agency Growth and Development.
